In our wish to offer our clients the widest range of solutions, we have elaborate products that will complement the main dishes that in each home and according to each recipe and tradition make up the tables for our clients, on a daily basis or at special celebrations.

We have products that periodically vary, some of them made by ourselves and others from suppliers with artisanal and quality processes, all of them to complement a recipe in some cases and in others, as we have said, to make up both the daily domestic menu and that of some celebration

Most of our products have a short shelf life due to their artisanal preparation, and with the exception of pasteurized products such as fumet and those where natural products such as oil and vinegar act as preservatives.

National octopus at its tender cooking point and prepared for any gastronomic preparation. Special care is taken in all the details in the cooking and vacuum packaging phases to ensure that the octopus, in addition to its tenderness, retains its original properties intact, so that you can enjoy it as if it had just come out of the sea. Ideal for octopus “a feira”, stewed with potatoes Galician style or as a complement to fish dishes.

Artisanal marinated anchovies with guaranteed quality and made with a recipe that allows them to be accessible to all palates.

Fumet

Fumet

 

Fish broth according to the traditional fishermen's recipe obtained from cooking different vegetables with fish and seafood, without preservatives, packaged in a 900 ml format in a glass container and sterilized. Once opened, it must be stored refrigerated for 48 hours. Ideal for paellas and “fideua”, “arroz a banda”, fish broths and creams, zarzuela, bouillabaisse, in fish stews and seafood sauces.
